List of Documents for Loan Amount (less than 2 Cr)

New / Enhancement proposals:

• Application form /Customer request letter
• Udyam Registration Certificate for MSME borrowers (for MSME benefits to be applicable)
• MOA/AOA/Partnership deed along with registration of firm (ROF) in case collateral is in partnership firm name
• List of Shareholders 
• Sanction letter of existing bank in takeover cases 
• GST Returns (consent based OTP pull) and bank statements for the past 12 months
• Any of the business Experience proof for Proprietorship firm as borrower:
  • VAT registration and GST certificate both.
  • Shop establishment registration
  • Income Tax Returns having business name
  • Any other document acceptable to credit
