Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Step: I

Customers can lodge their complaints at IndusInd Branches or INDIE Contact Centre using the following options:

  • Register the complaint at the nearest IndusInd Bank branch through the complaint register
  • Contact the Branch Manager of the nearest IndusInd Bank branch; their details are available on the IndusInd website or at the branches.
  • Call the Contact Center at 1860 267 2626 or send an email to indie@indusind.com.

Step: II

If the Branch/Contact Centre is unable to resolve the issue within 7 working days, customers can escalate the complaint to the Head – INDIE Customer Care using the following options:
