Cheque Book

You can apply for your INDIE Account cheque book your INDIE account.
Use the Menu to go 'My Account' -> 'Help & Support' -> 'Manage Cheque Book' ->' Issue Cheque Book'. Select your account and enter the OTP to confirm the request. Once you have placed your request, you will get your cheque book delivered to your doorstep.  

Cheque book will be processed and will be delivered to your address registered with bank. Once the cheque book request is placed you will receive it within 9 working days.

There are no charges. You may order your INDIE account cheque book for free. 

Please track the status of your cheque book deliverable through your INDIE App.  Use menu to go 'My Account' -> 'help & Support' -> 'Manage Cheque Book' ->' Delivery status of Cheque Book'.

If your cheque book is lost or stolen, immediately inform your bank to prevent unauthorised use. They will guide you through the necessary steps, including blocking the lost cheques.

Yes, you can manage/cancel the cheques using your app.  Use menu to go 'My Account' -> 'help & Support' -> 'Manage Cheque Book' ->'Stop payment of cheque'. Enter the cheque details and submit the request. 

Yes, you can see the status of the cheques using your app.  Use menu to go 'My Account' -> 'help & Support' -> 'Manage Cheque Book' ->'View Cheque status'. Enter the cheque numbers and details of all the issued cheques. 

Yes, you can download a cancelled cheque using your app.  Use menu to go 'My Account' -> 'help & Support' -> 'Manage Cheque Book' ->'Download cancelled cheque'. 

We assure you that your cheque stands valid. If your account details like IFSC code, branch name on the cheque book and INDIE app are different, you may continue using the same. In case of further queries, you may reach out to us at indie.support@indusind.com
